When Fathom is the better choice
If your meetings are on Zoom or Teams, MeetingGo cannot help you yet. If you need speaker labels on every line, Fathom has diarization and MeetingGo does not. If you need notes pushed into Salesforce or HubSpot, or a vendor with SOC 2 behind it, Fathom is the grown-up answer and MeetingGo is early software.
